NEW DELHI: Dr. Rakesh Nandan Sahay has assumed charge as Director (Personnel) of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL). 

He brings over 29 years of extensive experience in human resource management, spanning strategic HR, organisational development, industrial relations, and change management across the power, mining, renewable energy, and research sectors.

Before joining RINL, he held senior HR leadership positions at NTPC and its joint ventures with Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Coal India Limited (CIL), and various state governments, where he played a key role in managing HR functions for large greenfield and brownfield projects, as well as major project transitions and takeovers in thermal, hydro, gas, and mining sectors.
