NEW DELHI: Rajeev Bhardwaj took charge as Member (Personnel) at Prasar Bharati. He was serving as Executive Director at Container Corporation of India. 

Bhardwaj brings extensive experience in leadership, administration and public sector management, adding valuable expertise to the personnel and organisational functions of the public service broadcaster.

The company had formally informed both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) under SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding the management change.

CONCOR emphasized that this transition is part of normal senior management movements and is in line with corporate governance norms.
